The acquisition of your cruise booking constitutes a written agreement between the traveler(s), the buyer(s), and Cruises Information LLC , according to the rules and regulations as follows:
LUGGAGE FEES: Additional costs for luggage may apply. Contact your traveling proprietor or reference its website for further information.
cruise AGENT: Cruises Information LLC , dba cruisesdealz.com,does not own or operate independent service providers and performs solely as a cruise agent. Cruises Information LLC sells cruise-related products and goods in partnership with various transportation and service providers. Cruises Information LLC has direct contracts with major Cruises that enables us to book or change your cruise.
Cruises Information LLC holds no responsibility for these accommodations, nor does Cruises Information LLC have authority to make any warranty or representation concerning their standard. Travel bookings are subject to policies set forth by these cruise service suppliers. The individual proprietor is liable for legal recourse, not Cruises Information LLC .
PERTINENT CONDITIONS: Costs are subject to increase before you make full payment. Costs will not increase after you make full payment, with the exception of fees resulting from rises in taxes or fees, and you acknowledge your acceptance of these policies relevant to your purchase.
ANNULMENT: Take into consideration that most cruise bookings cannot be refunded and that annulled bookings will include charges. These charges can be the cruise booking’s total price, whether the cruise took place or did not take place. Travel booking cancellation is required sixty days before departure unless otherwise expressed. Some services require full payment at the time of the travel booking. Payment methods accepted by Cruises Information LLC include debit and credit cards. If you wish Cruises Information LLC to charge your credit or debit card, you may be obligated to read and sign a credit card charge form.
CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD PURCHASES: If any cruiseing service supplier cannot provide the agreed upon consented services, the service provider bears responsibility, not Cruises Information LLC . If Cruises Information LLC received credit or debit card payment, you acknowledge that you will not look to chargeback your payment to Cruises Information LLC .
If your debit or credit card has commenced through to the cruiseing service supplier and you look to chargeback your payment from the supplier, you agree to be held responsible. You will not seek to hold Cruises Information LLC accountable for this chargeback from the supplier. Cruises Information LLC is held free and clear of any air debit memos charged to Cruises Information LLC .
If Cruises Information LLC incurs any costs, including legal counseling fees, to reclaim payments charged back by your credit or debit card provider, you agree that you will be held responsible for these fees. If the credit or debit card is declined, you acknowledge that you will satisfy any fees owed to Cruises Information LLC by cash or money order.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Cruises Information LLC recommends that you acquire cruise annulment and cruise accident insurance. However, Cruises Information LLC ’s description of its insurance policy to you does not establish an agreement or promise concerning the insurance.
Cruises Information LLC is not an insurance provider and is not liable for any submission, disbursement, or insurance claims adjustment. Any insurance petition that may fall under the cruiseing insurance policy must be processed through the insurance provider outlined in the insurance policy.
MISCELLANEOUS COSTS: Additional costs and charges that cannot be collected prior to travel can be locally charged by travel providers, such as hotels and car rental companies.
OBLIGATION: Cruises Information LLC ’s primary objective is to ensure your cruiseing arrangements are to your complete satisfaction. However, Cruises Information LLC and its partners do not own or operate establishments that supply services related to your cruise. All of Cruises Information LLC ’s partners work as independent contractors and are not affiliated with our business entity or any of Cruises Information LLC ’s affiliates.
ACCOUNTABILITY: You acknowledge that Cruises Information LLC will not be held liable for any acts of negligence of any third-party entity. Furthermore, you acknowledge that Cruises Information LLC will not be held responsible for any accident, injury, or death. Cruises Information LLC will not be held accountable for any postponement.
Cruises Information LLC shall not be held responsible for any hindrance to an individual or an individual’s physical property regarding the arrangement of any products or accommodations resulting from illness, acts of God, civil unrest, or terroristic acts of any nature.
You acknowledge that Cruises Information LLC shall not be held liable for any criminal activity, accommodation reduction, overbooking, mechanical breakdown, or any other failure regarding Cruises or other avenues of transportation. Additionally, offshore amenities such as heat and air conditioning apparatuses in traveling lodges, cruises, or cruises may not meet the United States’ standard codes or measures. Suppose due to conflicting schedules, inclement weather, or other factors beyond control, and you are required to invest additional time. In that case, you will be responsible for your lodging, transfers, and food costs.

You are responsible for making sure that you possess legitimate traveling documents, including passports, visas, and other pertinent traveling permits.
Traveling documents are required to meet the standards set forth by immigration officials and other government officials at all destinations. You are responsible for certifying travel documents with the United States of America’s State Department. Conjunctionally, you are responsible for approving travel documents with government agencies to which you are cruiseing to establish the requirements for visas and other requirements for entrance to your landing place.
You are responsible for any acquired costs, forfeitures, or penalties resulting from travel documents not meeting government agencies’ requirements.
IDENTIFICATION: As of October 1, 2021, if you wish to fly within the United States using your state-issued identification or license, it is required that all state-issued identification and licenses are REAL ID compliant. Please refer to your state’s Department of Motor Vehicles, or visit www.tsa.gov/real-id if you are unsure if your identification is REAL ID compliant.

You may be required to self-quarantine upon your return to the United States.
You are required to adhere to local government policies.
You shall be held responsible for additional prospective fees associated with the results from specialized testing.
Cruises Information LLC strongly suggests that you refer to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s available information before your cruise and during your cruise. General information can be obtained by visiting www.cdc.gov.

REJECTION OF SERVICE: Service suppliers hold the right to reject service to cruises at the discretion of the service provider. The service provider maintains the right to refuse service if the traveler is under the influence of controlled substances, does not possess adequate documentation required for entrance into the target country, or behaves in an unbecoming manner. Cruises Information LLC shall not bear liability as a result of a service supplier refusing service.
CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY: Cruises Information LLC is dedicated to guarding the privacy of your individual information and considers your personal information as classified information.
COMPUTERIZED OR TRANSCRIBED SIGNATURE: You acknowledge that both you and Cruises Information LLC agree that your electronic signature or handwritten signature constitutes your acceptance to all of Cruises Information LLC ’s expressed terms and conditions. You duly acknowledge that your consent is expressed through your actions. Actions will include your payment of the manifest and your utilization of the services supplied by Cruises Information LLC and all other service providers relevant to your booking.

JURISDICTION: Without conflict with federal laws and their principles, the manifestation, validity, and execution of these specifications and any conflicts of interest relevant to the involved parties shall operate in accordance with the state of Florida’s laws. Both parties shall work in conjunction with the state of Florida’s jurisdiction regarding any legal proceedings concerning these specifications.
